We are Cresnia

Cresnia was founded in 2009 by Joachim Bozorgnia. The idea started out as a spin-off from NAI Svefa where Joachim was responsible for the division that helped commercial tenants with lease negotiations and advice and today Cresnia has negotiated over 400 leases.

Carl Wollin, with a degree in Service Management from Lund University, has solid experience in customer relations, account management and counselling at companies such as NORNORM and Nstart.

In his role as project manager, Carl focuses primarily on identifying and processing new business opportunities.

Ebba Bozorgnia has 25 years of experience in art counselling and sales. She has previously worked as director for several galleries and was Head of sales at Bukowski's auctions.

Jonatan is currently studying to become an engineer at the Royal Institute of Technology.

Jur Kand Stockholm University. Chairman of the board since 2016.
